promoting Serve Boldly Employment Opportunities

Serve Boldly seeks individuals from our partner communities to serve in ministry accompanying youth groups during service and faith formation activities.  

Do you live in or know someone from a partner community - a college or grad student, teacher, part-time worker, Deacon, an empty nester?  Someone with daytime flexibility, a passion for cooking, hospitality, or organization?  Experience working with youth groups, someone who loves helping others in your community?

  • Set aside one Sunday a month to talk about Serve Boldly with your congregation.  Introduce the ministry of accompaniment, share employment information, or share other  information shared in Serve Boldly’s monthly newsletters.  
  • Include information on employment opportunities in your community in monthly newsletters, bulletins, or on Worship slideshows.
  • Hold an informational meeting for individuals who might be interested in learning more about employment with Serve Boldly!  Serve Boldly staff will be available to present opportunities and answer questions via Zoom.
  • Refer someone you think might be a good fit from your congregation - every applicant you refer, who is hired and who completes a contract with Serve Boldly earns you incentive money! ​
