How to register

Instructions

Trip Leader will set up a contract by emailing serveboldly@gllm.org or calling (320) 796-2181. Trip Leader will need to have the following information available:
- Number of youth participants
- Number of adult participants (all participants 18+ years of age at the time of the trip will be required to have a background check run by GLLM)
- Program Location Desired
- First Choice Date
- Second Choice Date
- Trip Leader Contact Information
- Congregation Address
- Billing Address
To be registered, Trip Leader must return the signed contract with a $100 deposit per participant
- Contact 320-796-2181 to pay with credit or send a check payable Green Lake Lutheran Ministries.
Upon receipt of a signed contract with deposit, an acknowledgement will be sent to the Trip Leader along with a personal link to share with individual trip participants. Each participant will use the link provided to login and complete individual forms and waivers for the trip.
- Online registration is the best and most streamlined way for your participants to register and is highly encouraged.
- You can use the same username and password if you registered online with GLLM previously. If you are a new user to this system, please create a new account.
- If needed, GLLM will provide you with paper forms. Please contact 320-796-2181 for more information.
- All participants must complete registration by February 15.

During registration, all participants will provide their medical history, medical insurance information, and dietary needs for emergency purposes.

insurance

For your protection, Serve Boldly requires proof of liability insurance and vehicle insurance from every church that registers for a trip. During the trip you will not only be transporting your youth and leaders but also transporting Serve Boldly staff, as well as youth and leaders from other church groups to service locations and evening activities.

If you have concerns that your insurance does not cover your group while on the trip, contact your insurance agency ASAP. The following organizations provide trip insurance and/or medical insurance to groups or individuals.

cancellations

Cancellations received 30 days before the participant trip will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee per participant. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made due to family emergencies and illness.
