lodging

The Medayto Lodge offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main level, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and two bunk beds (sleeping 5-6) and one bedroom with a queen bed and one bunk bed (sleeping 3-4). There are two bathrooms on this floor, one in the master bedroom and one located in the hall outside of the two larger bedrooms. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms each with a queen size bed (sleeping 1-2) and a bathroom down the hall. Linens are provided.

gathering spaces

The Medayto Lodge has a large open concept kitchen and living room that flow into the large dining room. In the living room, there is a smart TV (with basic cable) available to all guests and an electric fireplace. There is also a smaller loft area for people to gather for games, movie watching, or meetings.

meals

The Medayto Lodge offers a full kitchen for guests to prepare their own meals. All dishes and cookware are provided. 

Food service is also an option during the non-summer months, with guests coming to the Chrysalis House next door for those meals. Our normal meal times are 8:30 breakfast (or 10:30 brunch), 12:00 lunch and 5:30 supper, but times can be arranged to fit your group’s needs. Menus are set by our kitchen staff and we work hard to accommodate dietary restrictions.

outdoor spaces

Off of the large dining room is a sprawling deck area equipped with an outdoor table and seating as well as a propane grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill. From the deck, a path leads down to a fire pit with adirondack chairs around it (firewood is provided). Continuing down the path leads to a dock and a private beachfront area that is available for guest use (there is a boat landing just up the street from the Medayto Lodge in which guests can launch their boats).
