2024 summer Timeline Details

Staff hired to work at our Shores of St. Andrew Bible Camp and Green Lake Bible Camp sites will work programs that run Sunday to Thursday. This means staff will get Thursday evening off, and then come back for camp cleaning, staff meeting and worship on Fridays. You'll be done around noon on Friday each week. Time off for staff hired to work at our Camp House site is slightly different but guarantees a minimum of 24 hours off each week. Learn more about summer ministries!

Typical full summer contracts are May 26- August 13.
  • Leadership Staff Training will be required for non cabin leader positions May 20-24
  • The entirety of staff training May 26-June 6 is required.
  • While camp is in session and as we prepare to start or close the week (Sunday-Friday) you will remain onsite.
  • All staff will have a minimum of 24 hours off each week.
  • Week of July 4th is unpaid time off.
  • The weekend of the Annual Quilt Auction - July 26-27
  • Final two weekends of camp to assist with hosting and end of season cleaning, Aug 3-4 and Aug 9-11.

Salary range is $4500-$6500 Summer Salary based on position and bonus incentives we offer.

2024 summer staff Incentives

** All incentives will be paid out in August pending successful completion of the contract. **

Early Bird bonus

Any NEW staff member who returns their signed contract by February 15th will receive a $300 bonus at the end of the summer. 

​RETURNING staff members who return their signed contract by January 15 will receive a $500 bonus at the end of the summer.

lifeguard

American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard - staff can obtain training through GLLM sponsored training or hold prior certification. Staff will receive $250 bonus at the end of the summer.

Referral bonus

Returning staff who refer a new staff member who is hired and completes their contract will receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of the summer.
