Our staff referral program is designed to help us connect with potential new staff members who may not yet know about our organization or who might just need that encouragement from a familiar face. This invitation is open to everyone — congregations, campus ministries, alumni, and summer staff alike.

Who can you refer

Think about people in your congregation, school, or community who would thrive in this active ministry. Referrals must be new to working with Water's Edge Ministries and can serve in either summer camp ministry or urban communities with Serve Boldly.
