Your referral could make a difference in someone's life and in the success of our mission.

Our staff referral program, designed to help us connect with potential new staff members who may not be aware of our organization or may need that extra push from a familiar face, is open to a wide range of individuals, including congregations, campus ministries, alumni, and summer staff members.  If you know someone who would be a perfect fit for our team of summer camp or Serve Boldly staff, we encourage you to refer them to us. 

Referrals must be new staff prospects who have never worked in any capacity for GLLM or Serve Boldly and they must be hired and successfully complete their contract to be eligible. There is no limit to the number of staff prospects you can refer!

Who can you refer

Refer anyone in your congregation or life who would be a good fit to serve in ministry with GLLM. These staff can work in on-site camp ministry or Serve Boldly and must be contracted and complete their contract successfully.

Share with us their name and contact info and we'll send them a personalized invitation to apply. Who knows, you might just kick-start someone's path to a fulfilling ministry experience!

Earning Your bonus

All referrals are reviewed in August at the end of our summer season and if you have earned a referral bonus, we will reach out to contact you to see how you would like to receive your bonus.  

There are a number of ways you can receive our referral bonus! 
  • ​GLLM Credit - Applicable for Summer Camp, Programmed Retreat, Rentals, Day Camp, Serve Boldly.  GLLM credit expires 8/31 of the following calendar year.  
  • Cash - Summer and Serve Boldly Staff who refer other staff will receive bonuses through payroll in august.  Individuals not on payroll will receive a cash payout by 8/31. Cash bonuses can also be donated back to GLLM.
