We want camp to be available to everyone who wants to come! Many churches offer scholarships to help with the cost of camp. In addition, if you would like financial assistance through GLLM, please fill out a Scholarship Request Form, which can be found online, in a printable form, or you can call camp at 320-796-2181. GLLM will send a confirmation e-mail or letter to you upon processing your request.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received 30 days before the camper's arrival date will receive a refund minus a $75 administration fee. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made due to family emergencies and illness.
- Online and paper registration open December 12, 2024.
- We will be utilizing an "Early Bird" discount this year. Registrations received through February 13, 2025 will get $65 off of each registered program. Registrations received after that date will be charged in full.
TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMP:
- Registration is available online and via mail. To register online, click a "Register for Summer Camp" button anywhere on our website. To register via mail, complete a youth camp registration form or family camp registration form, and mail, along with a $150 deposit to: Green Lake Lutheran Ministries, 9916 Lake Avenue South, Spicer, MN 56288.
- Programs should be registered for based on the grade your camper has completed by the summer of 2025.
- If a program is full, register for the week you want and add your camper to the waitlist AND you can still register for another week. If a spot opens up for the week you want, we will cancel the other registration.
- If your congregation has a block, add your camper to the waitlist for that program & week they reserved. Once your spot is confirmed by our registration team your camper will be moved from waitlist to a registered camper and you will receive a confirmation email.
PAYMENT NOTES & DISCOUNTS:
- Early Bird discount ($65 off per registered program) ends February 13, 2025.
- A sibling discount of $25 for a full week, and $15 for Half Blast can be applied for families registering multiple children. Be sure to select this discount during the registration process.
- No discounts apply to Onsite Day Camp, Camp Joy Day Camp, or Ordinary Time.

- If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our Registration & Reservation Manager at 320-796-2181.
- Final camper registration fees are be due May 22, 2025. If you register for camp after this date, we ask that camp be paid in full prior to arrival.

CONGREGATIONAL BLOCKS:
Having a set week for your church is a great tool for you to use as you encourage kids to sign up for camp! Requests are honored on a first come, first serve basis and based on availability. GLLM reserves the right to limit the number of spots blocked. |
- November 19 - Summer Program Launch Day - Attend Launch Day and accompanying NET Retreat for congregational leaders and get all the important updates, exciting new offerings, and strategies to gain momentum at your congregation. You will also get an exclusive Launch Day Discount code and the first chance to reserve your blocks and Day Camp week for the summer ahead!
- January 16 - Blocks are Released - We have reserved spaces specifically for our congregation until this date. Encourage all campers and families associated with your congregation to register by January 16. This ensures they secure a spot with your group.
- February 13 - Early Bird discount ends - Last chance to receive an additional $65 off registration!
Please note that because of increasing demand, you will need to reserve for specific programs and gender binary (i.e. 5 boy/5 girl spots for Base Camp, 5 boy spots for Stargazers, rather than 15 general spots for your congregation).
