In these unprecedented times, we are saddened to have to cancel summer camp sessions in light of COVID-19. We were so looking forward to gathering once again with the faith-filled, joyous, heartwarming summer camp community!
The following form will aid us in processing your summer camp session cancellation. You will be asked to choose from the following options:
- Option #1: Donate your paid camp registration fees to support Green Lake Lutheran Ministries. We have been blessed to experience an amazing surge of momentum in the past years. Thoughtful, innovative, community filled, and Christ-centered programming is more needed now than ever before! We hope you will consider joining us in ensuring a strong program for Summer 2021!
- Option #2: Donate a portion of your paid camp registration fees to support Green Lake Lutheran Ministries and receive a refund of the remaining fees. Your gift, of any amount, will help us prepare for an amazing summer when we can all be together again! The remainder of your registration fees will be returned in the way they were paid originally.
- Option #3: Transfer your paid camp registration fees to Summer 2021. Please note, actual registration for summer camp sessions will happen at a later date. Your fees will remain in your account as a credit for 2021 fees. When you register for summer 2021, your fees will be applied then.
- Option #4: Receive a full refund of your paid camp registration fees. In these trying times, we have updated our cancellation policy to offer full refunds of all paid fees if requested. Funds will be returned in the way they were paid originally.
With all of that said, thank you so much for partnering with GLLM for a week of summer camp. It breaks our heart to think of a summer without YOU, but we are confident that we will share many more joyous, faith-filled experiences in the years to come!

If this form is not filled out before July 17, your paid registration fees will be transferred to your 2021 registration.
