Green Lake Lutheran Ministries has been approached by a neighbor asking if GLLM would consider selling a portion of land to help with a zoning issue on his property. This piece of land is on the Green Lake Bible Camp property, south of the road. Additional details of the proposal can be found by clicking the black button above.
The Green Lake Lutheran Ministries' Articles of Incorporation require approval by a majority of the delegates of the voting members of the corporation to sell any real property. This may occur at our regular Annual Meeting or at a special meeting called specifically for this purpose. A special meeting of the members of the corporation may be called by the President of the Board of Directors. Therefore, a special meeting of the corporation is hereby called at the date, time and location indicated above.
